Our client is a global automotive parts manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
- Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the Plant Manager's schedule is followed and respected.
- Handling administrative tasks, including managing a highly active calendar of meetings and appointments.
- Managing vacation, holiday, travel, and business trip arrangements for the Plant Manager.
- Coordinating weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings with the Plant Manager’s subordinates.
- Monitoring building maintenance and other events that may impact the weekly schedule.
- Reviewing and processing incoming documents for consideration and approval.
- Arranging meetings, conferences, venues, and necessary materials.
- Processing monthly expense reimbursements and benefits for the Plant Manager.
- Working closely with the Plant Manager to keep him informed of commitments and responsibilities, and following up as needed.
- Preparing internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations and meeting minutes.
- Coordinating POR presentations, minutes, and file submissions in the plant’s shared files and SharePoint.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within the administrative area.
- Providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and management, including creating shopping carts, arranging accommodations, and managing visitor transfers.
- Implementing and maintaining controls for administrative processes.
- Demonstrating exemplary personal behavior in ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) and motivating others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with plant management systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
