Job Description
- Developing strategies, plans, and policies for the quality control team and the after-sales service team.
- Analyzing data to find solutions and prevent problems in construction work.
- Managing and developing the quality control and after-sales service departments to achieve company objectives.
- Providing consultation, guidance, and correct engineering practices to the team.
- Conducting training for employees on quality work according to engineering standards and company norms.
- Managing teams, labour, and material stocks in the after-sales service department.
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Completed vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate) / Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Male, 40 years old or above.
- Minimum 10 years of high-rise construction experience.
- Good technical knowledge in construction.
- Own transportation.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Able to work 6 days a week.
