Roles and Responsibilities
- Monthly reporting package: Preparing reliable monthly report package promptly, including root cause analysis for main deviations to budget.
- Forecast: Preparing rolling forecast every month.
- Daily control: Monitoring the status of actual cost/expenses/investment, and alert management in advance if needed.
- Transfer pricing: Releasing and verifying IC price to ensure compliance with global IC policy.
- Profit improvement: Detecting and driving for improvements together with the operation team, verifying the calculation in the PIP tool.
- Costing model: Verifying and releasing the costing model.
- Internal control: Reviewing/checking internal control procedures and defining actions/measures to improve internal control.
- Business plan: Preparing a business plan for new projects/investments to support management decisions.
- Working in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability.
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Major: Accounting and related field.
- At least 5 years of absolute required experience in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SAP, and ERP.
- Good English communication skills.
