We are seeking a skilled CNC Technician with expertise in centerless grinding to join our client's production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines and performing precision grinding tasks to ensure that all parts meet stringent quality and specification standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines with a focus on centerless grinding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for centerless grinding operations on a variety of materials, including metals and alloys for shaft manufacturing.
• Program, adjust, and optimize CNC equipment to ensure efficient production and precision machining.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems with equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on CNC machines and grinding equipment to ensure reliable and continuous operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to set machine parameters and ensure precise grinding operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC technician with a focus on centerless grinding.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operational capabilities, especially with centerless grinding machines.
• English proficiency is a must, and Japanese proficiency would be a bonus.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC machine tools.
• Knowledge of materials (metals, alloys) and machining tolerances.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery and processing issues.
