Job Description

  • Encouraging the development of competencies to optimize individual and group performance in connection to the Company's short and long-term objectives.
  • Supporting managers and team members with all Personnel function procedures, utilizing the SP network's knowledge as needed.
  • Ensuring the observance of the six Personnel policies, particularly respect for people, professional mobility, management quality, and adherence to internal Group norms, legal regulations, and Company agreements. Receiving requests for redress and offering a resolution.
  • Handling managers to receive help for team development processes.
  • Handling employees in receiving professional development advice upon request.
  • Handling employees recruited in talent pools benefit from a proactive interaction regarding their career path.
  • Being active in the management of succession pools and plans ensures that critical roles and positions are filled on schedule.
  • Managers are helped in improving their managing qualities.
  • Handling internal professional mobility is fostered and ensured.
  • Handling personnel policies are respected, as are external and internal norms and regulations.
  • Handling employees who are confident in the recourse procedure through the PDP. Regardless of the course of action taken, all cases are thoroughly and fairly investigated.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or higher degree in human resource development, human resources management, psychology, political science, law, mass communication, or a related discipline.
  • Experienced in the Manufacturing industry.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HRD and HRM (employee development, recruitment, employee relations/engagement).
  • Be passionate about developing and working with people.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, including self-motivation, decision-making, and communication.
  • Native Thai speaker with fluency in English.
