Job Description

  • Establishing annual goals, budgets, and KPIs for the team, ensuring close monitoring.
  • Overseeing and executing company contracts.
  • Tracking the progress of all key projects and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Promoting and enhancing the company’s image and brand.
  • Preparing reports and presenting monthly sales performance metrics of tenants to management.
  • Optimizing and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence in line with established metrics and standards.
  • Guaranteeing optimal performance while maintaining full compliance with health, safety, labour, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinating and supporting new store openings and renovation projects in collaboration with the tenant coordination team, including purchasing and contract negotiation/management.
  • Updating company policies and procedures for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Actively seeking out business prospecting opportunities to drive additional management income.
  • Developing long-term growth strategies for new and existing markets by implementing cost-effective and feasible approaches.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the real estate sector.
  • 3-5 years of property management experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in leasing is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of financial modelling.
  • Essential skills include strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
  • Experience in analyzing competitive market data and establishing performance benchmarks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thailand’s accounting systems and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with property management software is a plus.
