Job Responsibilities
- Being the representative to respond to new clients’ enquiries in every channel ex. VDO meeting, telephone, face-to-face meeting. Elaborating a complicated enquiry or large size of sales volume to the Account Manager when appropriate.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, outsourcing, and department to optimize sales.
- Analyzing pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure a good level of customer satisfaction & and customer experience.
- Collaborating with related departments in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for both new sales and service delivery on the process.
- Handling urgent requests by phone, email, and messages to immediately respond to customer queries. Supporting all Sales documents activities in business.
- Handling others assigned by your Manager.
Qualifications
- 30-40 years old, Thai.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Admin or related field.
- At least 2 years experience of in sales support, sales admin, or sales coordinator from the Service industry is a must.
- Background from coordinating with customers.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Familiar to direct reports or support foreign customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Quick learner, Sharp person and Good teamwork.
- Working 5 days/week at Praram 4 rd., Klongtoey Bangkok.
