Key Responsibilities

Learning and Development (L&D)
  • Training Program Design and Implementation

    • Developing and delivering effective training programs tailored to meet the organization’s needs.
    • Identifying skills gaps and training needs through consultations with managers, employees, and stakeholders.
    • Designing curriculum, instructional materials, e-learning courses, and workshops.
  • Learning Strategy Development

    • Creating and managing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and workforce development objectives.
    • Evaluating and improving current training and development processes.
  • Facilitation and Coaching

    • Leading workshops, seminars, and training sessions on leadership, management, soft skills, and job-specific skills.
    • Providing one-on-one coaching to employees, focusing on career development, leadership, and personal growth.
  • Performance and Development Assessments

    • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis.
    • Developing employee performance improvement plans and ongoing career development pathways.
Organizational Development (OD)
  • Change Management

    • Leading and supporting change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, policies, and systems.
    • Developing strategies to address organizational issues and work towards building stronger teams and departments.
  • Organizational Assessment

    • Conducting assessments and diagnostics to evaluate organizational health, structure, culture, and performance.
    • Recommending and implementing interventions to address gaps in organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, team building, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement

    • Fostering a culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
    • Designing and executing employee engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance motivation, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning

    • Collaborating with HR and management to develop talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership pipelines, and career development frameworks.
    • Identifying high-potential employees and developing programs to prepare them for leadership roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training facilitation.
  • Proven experience in managing change, developing strategic OD initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent ENGLISH communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees, from entry-level to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Certification in training or OD-related programs (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP, Prosci, etc.).
  • Familiarity with organizational development models such as 360-degree feedback, employee engagement surveys, and performance management systems.
