PRTR IT Recruitment is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the companies that has been a trusted and established insurance and risk solutions provider in Japan for over a century.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and documentation required information, specifications, business processes and data.
- Reviewing and editing requirements, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution.
- Communicating needed changes to the development team.
- Developing test scenarios and test cases. Conduct testing according to plan.
- Ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved on time
- Handling post-implementation production support after the project go-live.
- Preparing the user manual and conducting training as required.
- Building and maintaining productive user relationships with a service mindset.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
- Able to use Microsoft Office suite.
- Can communicate in written and spoken English.
- Good at documentation skills.
- Pursues initiatives with energy and a sense of urgency.
- Self-learning, energetic, enthusiastic, and good team player.
- High responsibility, willing to work hard and under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
- Able to cope with tight deadlines.
