Job Responsibilities
- Training
- Developing an organization's annual learning and development plan.
- Creating a training road map.
- Following up to drive individual development programs successfully.
- Developing and conducting an on-boarding program.
- Performance Management
- Developing and implementing performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Training employees on performance management best practices.
- Creating JD & Job responsibility to maximize the performance.
- Talent Development and Succession Planning
- Identifying high-potential employees and creating individual development plans to support their growth.
- Designing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Conducting surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
- Talent Analytics and Reporting
- Developing and maintaining talent metrics and dashboards to track key talent management indicators.
- Analyzing talent data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing regular reports and presentations for HR Managers on talent management initiatives and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, competencies frameworks, and retention strategies.
- Experience in talent management, including performance management, and succession planning.
