Job Description
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assisting customers in resolving issues.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions, communicating clearly and empathetically to provide exceptional customer service.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed, while ensuring customers are kept informed of progress.
- Working Hours: 5 days and 2 days off (Not on Sat/Sun) 9.00-18.00/13.00-22.00/14.00-23.00/22.00-7.00
Qualifications
- Graduated with Bachelor's Degree.
- Good Command of English (Spoken).
- Able to work in shifts.
- Able to start work immediately.
