RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting and analyzing data (ex. KPI / Client/Placement).
• Integrating each internal data system and syncing them to another purpose according to the Management team.
• Developing analytical reports in the area of business performance for each business unit.
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. Helping develop and clean data for reports and analysis for future use.
• Providing analysis for clarification, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement.
• Preparing the information for monthly team meetings and periodic presentations or project proposals to the Project manager.
• Designing and developing data models and data pipelines.
• Handling other assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (Power BI + SharePoint).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of databases.
• Good command of Chinese.
• Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking and Comfortable doing search and discover.
• Accuracy and attention to detail of reports on facts and figures.
