Job Description
- Developing strategies and operational plans for endpoint management.
- Being able to continuously monitor endpoint performance and security.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining security software (e.g., antivirus, firewall).
- Verifying and resolving endpoint security issues.
- Managing backup and restore services.
- Reporting on endpoint performance and security.
- Developing and installing automated scripts to save time and increase efficiency.
- Using the automated tool to install, configure, and manage endpoints. Check and fix problems and secure endpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working in Endpoint.
- Have knowledge and experience in IT support.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Familiar with general automation tools.
