Seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our automotive seating products.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborating with production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
• Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation of quality control activities and results.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Providing training and support to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficient in using quality analysis tools and software.
