Job Responsibilities
- Creating Customer Quotation strategy, Quotation breakdown and Price negotiation.
- Taking the lead for project kick-off and RFI/Q kick-off.
- Determining the plan and guidelines for Cost reduction /Cost Improvement activity and negotiation.
- Determining the plan and guidelines for customer satisfaction management.
- Developing a voice of customer channel and finding ways to handle complaints and create customer satisfaction systematically.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales estimates.
- Preparing sales operation reports and strengthening good relationships with customers.
- Planning annual discounts for customers.
- Checking sales reports and Un-invoice Amount information weekly and monthly.
Necessary Skills / Experience
- Has an automotive experience of more than 5 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial).
- Good problem-solving and cost-analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good multi-task of priority management.
- Good command of the English language in reading, written and oral communication.
- Computer Literate in basic business software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Able to dive and hold driving license.
