Our client is an international manufacturer of home appliance products.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor in performing the best practice of customer service to internal and external customers and distributing processes of improvement.
- Supervising team members while ensuring that every task is done correctly and effectively and making sure that all aspects of customer service are established well.
- Assisting in completing the duties of the customer service supervisor, preparing reports of the customer service team, and serving as the customer service supervisor when their superior is not around.
- Being responsible for helping in the development and execution of training programs for customer service representatives.
- Assisting customers in placing product, equipment, and parts orders by providing information including features, pricing, availability, shipping schedules, special promotions, and preparing quotations.
- Managing, responding, and receiving customer orders via email, telephone, online, and fax assuring timely order processing.
- Preparing and reviewing export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, NAFTA certificates, SLIs, banking documents, sight drafts, L/C’s, etc., then following the progress of orders and applicable revisions to ensure that shipment coincides with the product ordered and shipping dates.
- Performing other related, incidental, and similar duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- 5 years experience in a customer service role from manufacturing.
- Experience with Quotation/ Commercial invoice/ Packing list/ Export document.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Solid skills in computer skills including data entry.
- Strong communication in English (TOEIC 700 up).
