Job Responsibilities
- Creating a plan, control, and standardize of production.
- Controlling production line run smoothly.
- Being responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, and Cost down project.
- Structuring and planning production Ready to set the budget, manpower, and production time.
- Solving the problem that happens in the production line.
- Planning and prioritising operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Assigning workers and other staff to particular production operations.
- Monitoring jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Participating in the APQP process, approving new products and processes.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Production Control in the Automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Automotive Tier 1 supplier (Assembly process).
- Have management experience of at least 8 years as Production Assistant Manager (have more than 100 subordinates) in the Japanese manufacturing industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 550 scores up)
- Have working experience in Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, and Cost down projects.
- Excellent skill on Excel data analysis skills.

- Able to positively communicate with other departments.
