Job Description
- Building scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build advocacy through the development of the peer-to-peer level of scientific discussion and communication.
- Analyzing and providing medical insights as critical inputs to shape product strategies, tactics, and medical education programs tailored to physicians’ educational needs.
- Initiating, leading, participating, and ensuring the successful execution of scientific projects and specific initiatives such as advisory board meetings, expert meetings, or round-table discussions to enhance medical expert engagement.
- Working closely with the Marketing team as members of the product brand team for responsible products
- Delivering and supporting clinical training and/or facilitation to customers at clinics, clinical workshops, masterclasses, and training meetings.
- Effectively communicating product-specific messages and differentiation versus the competitors to customers.
- Determining clinical and knowledge needs and providing clinical facilitation to customers to ensure their competency and confidence in products.
- Collaborating with the sales team to set up clinics clinical training events, product presentations and workshops.
- Collecting, analysing, and sharing medical insights, customer insights, and competitor intelligence obtained from the field.
- Providing expert advice to colleagues within the organization based on knowledge gained from professional experience or training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
- 25-40 years old.
- Having 1-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL will be advantageous.
- Have a Primary background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
