Job Description
- Analyzing data, as well as contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of analytics wireless/fixed network solutions/services or business insight.
- Handling data modelling, and data processing, e.g. cleaning, aggregating, merging, integration validation, and data visualizations, generate APP and reports.
- Communicating with the product manager, and service engineer to understand carrier network solution requirements, and implement the above data analysis to generate APP and reports.
- With the help of product managers or supervisors, communicating with customers (carrier staff) about data analyzing results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Willing to engage in data analysis in the communications field and have strong learning skills. Basic knowledge of communications or electronics is preferred.
- Be proficient in common programming skills, master process-oriented and object-oriented program design capabilities, and be proficient in at least one programming language of C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Familiar with database principles, conventional computer algorithms, data structure, etc.
- The ability to manipulate data with SQL (Hadoop/Impala skill preferred).
- Capability to quickly decode specific concepts into data logic, and then covert them into diagrams. Related data analysis or business intelligence experience is preferred.*
Additional Details
- Experience building predictive models using regression and machine learning techniques.
- Knowledge of experimental design and causal inference experience with GIS.
- Experience creating informative and engaging data visualizations using industry-leading tools, e.g. Tableau, and Power BI.
