Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Finance Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Managing both fixed and flexible budgets of marketing and retail expenses, including budget preparation, accrual list and bookkeeping review, and business analysis.
- Conducting the compliance approval for Marketing and Retail expenses, including project application, contract application, PO acceptance and Payment application.
- Performing the specialized analysis and regular selective examination for Marketing and Retail expenses.
- AR and reconciliation management, Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use.
Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of working experience in finance and the retail industry is preferred.
- Experience in account management administration, sales support/consultancy roles, operational support or similar fields will be well-regarded.
- Sound knowledge and experience in end-to-end AR functions will be highly regarded.
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages will be a plus.
- Good skills in Excel, and PPT applications.
- Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical and patient to solve problems.
- Able to work with patience and carefulness.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
