Job Description

Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.

Responsibilities;

  • KOL management.
  • Seek, analyze and contact KOLs in order to get a price and to support the Procurement team with the negotiation and contract.
  • Work with the Product team to create briefing materials and introduce the products to the KOLs (including both paid and non-paid influencers).
  • Follow up, provide feedback, and track the KOLs contents for both paid and non-paid to align with the product communication strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Track all of the product samples until the end of their lifecycle.
  • Deliver product samples to KOLs and manage the sample logistics and documents to make sure that samples are not lost.
  • Control, monitor, and manage KOL content to be published on time on KOLs’ channels and the official company channels such as Facebook and TikTok Shop.
  • Build both short and long-term relationship with KOLs and support them as appropriate.
  • Support the team to arrange events such as launch events, briefing sessions, thank you parties and other small events (KOL birthday, New Year celebration, etc.).
  • Monitor any risks to the company.
  • Report on KOLs performance.

Qualifications:

  • English communication skills are compulsory (Chinese is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Marketing, Economics, Journalist, or related with business). 
  • 3-5 years of KOL management (Tech and lifestyle brand especially and with agencies experience is a plus).
  • Digital marketing and e-commerce experience are not required, but must understand the digital marketing journey.
  • Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter).
  • Background in KOL live streaming on Facebook, Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
  • Friendly, talkative, enjoyable, having a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • VDO editing skills for TikTok and IG Reel is a plus.
