- Handling Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer enquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain Customer Records: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures in all interactions with customers to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Thai and English.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
