We're seeking a skilled and meticulous Test Engineer to join our expanding Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a Test Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and crafting automated test scripts utilizing established testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, RobotFramework, Playwright, and Appium.
  • Executing both manual and automated test cases to detect and document software defects.
  • Analyzing test outcomes to pinpoint the root causes of issues.
  • Collaborating closely with developers to address bugs and enhance code quality.
  • Participating actively in code reviews for test automation scripts.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest testing tools and methodologies, including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and API testing.
  • Contributing to enhancing the test automation framework.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Test Engineer role or a related position.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies, such as black-box and white-box testing.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Have expertise in employing automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, RobotFramework, Playwright, and Appium.
  • Have Experience with API testing tools is advantageous.
  • Have exceptional, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have sstrong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capable to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience with mobile app testing.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
