Job Description
- Overseeing the overall sales performance of the Sales team, managing approximately 100 PC Sales personnel spread across branches in seven provinces in Northeastern Thailand.
- Developing sales strategies to increase sales figures in the region.
- Coaching the Sales team on sales strategies and selling skills.
- Managing and motivating the team to achieve the highest possible sales figures.
- Handling customer relations in the lower Northeastern provinces: Buriram, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Yasothon, Surin, Sisaket, and Ubon Ratchathani.
Qualifications
- More than 5 Years experience in Nonlife Insurance or Credit card industry.
- Experienced in managing a team of more than 80 persons.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance Product.
- Experience in Plan sales strategy and people skill management.
