Job Description
- Facilitating communication between business and technical solution providers within a designated project.
- Serving as an expert in a specific business field to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Identifying areas for enhancement, and ensuring the quality and precision of deliverables within the specialized domain.
Job Qualification
- Specialize in a particular domain of business analysis, such as data analytics, process optimization, financial analysis, and or IT systems.
- Utilize extensive knowledge to deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders within the specialized area.
- Collaborate on projects related to the specialization, offering subject matter expertise.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the specialized domain.
- Interpret and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Define operational scenarios for current and future needs and collaborate with IT and business users to ensure accurate translation of business needs into IT solution requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and third parties regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Banking or Financial background is preferred.
