Job Description
- Conducting training for new employees regarding products and various sales techniques.
- Planning training sessions to meet company goals.
- Conducting on-site training for all employees, ensuring quality training outcomes as per company standards.
- Managing training materials and related documents.
Qualifications
- Male, aged 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher education.
- 2-5 years of experience in training sales staff (IT business).
- Good knowledge of PC products (Notebook, AIO, Desktop, Tablet, Monitor).
- Ability to plan training and manpower allocation.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Good personality, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to different provinces for work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
