Our client is a consumable goods manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Procurement Information Management:
- Collecting and analysis of market trend information.
- Collecting and analysis of competitor information.
- Creating Regional Economic Analysis.
- Collecting and analysis of material information.
- Pricing information collection and analysis.
- Understanding macroeconomic and price indices.
- Supplier Management:
- Conducting supplier screening and creating a supplier qualification evaluation form.
- Collecting quality information on supplier supply work, including product quality, delivery time, and timeliness of problem-solving.
- Inventory Management:
- Regularly checking the inventory information of purchased materials.
- Paying attention to the backlog and obsolescent information of inventory.
- Account Reconciliation Management:
- Reconciling purchased materials and reviewing the accuracy of settlement prices.
- Conducting procurement requests and tracking payment completion.
- Procurement Plan and Order Management:
- Developing procurement plans and handle abnormal execution of supplier orders.
- Procurement Contract Document Management:
- Signing procurement contracts with qualified suppliers and archiving approved contract texts.
- Quality Specification System:
- Monitoring the quality information dynamics of purchased materials.
- Ensuring adherence to company quality control standards for purchased materials.
- Import and Export Management:
- Handling import and export cargo operations on time.
- Providing necessary customs clearance documents and coordinating with logistics transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proficiency in market research, cost analysis, and supplier evaluations.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities.
- Open-minded and ambitious with a strong drive.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and best practices
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive value.
- Understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Intermediate in spoken and written English, with additional Chinese language skills preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within an organization at the regional or global level.
