Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external team to deliver solutions and ensure no business disruption.
  • Lead application enhancements to improve system performance and overall business process.
  • Ensure SLA on both response and resolution.
  • Comply with IT controls and Company guideline.
  • Manage interface monitoring to ensure integration completed and work well as design.
  • Deliver service ticket report and aging report to IT team and also support Ad-hoc report for management.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experiences in software application or database.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information System or related field
  • Logical thinking, self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure.
  • High responsibility to complete the assigned tasks upon the target date.
  • Hand-on Experience in workflow system, BI tools and ERP system would be advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong teamwork spirit
  • Good communication (Thai & English)
  • Computer literature in MS Office
