Our client is a service holding company.

To support the business, they are looking for an Accounting Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising the corporation's accounting operations, with a focus on control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance and control over company financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) reports.
• Offering advisory services regarding financial statements, executive summary reports, and recommendations to management, particularly concerning financial performance.
• Exercising control over the company's budget, revenue, cash flow, and costs that impact the company's financial health.
• Identifying financial risks and devising solutions through key performance indicators within the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial policies, local regulations, and accounting procedures.
• Formulating accounting and finance workflows to ensure alignment with the internal control system and the company's strategic goals.
• Leading, supervising, and managing a substantial accounting team.
• Executing various ad hoc projects and reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of managerial-level experience.
• Having an Auditing Background and Experience with PAEs is highly required.
• Holding a CPA is a must.
• Experience in IPO would considered a plus benefit.
• Exhibits strong professional expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, and related areas.
• Possesses proficiency in English.
