Our client is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Job Description

  •  Briefing, coordination, and testing of WWW.com content and copy in both English and Thai.
  • Maintaining high content scores on marketplaces.
  • Working cross-functionally with merchandising and marketing to plan and execute global and regional product launches on WWW.com and marketplaces.
  • Taking responsibility for merchandising WWW.com, set up and maintenance of all products, catalogues and additional navigational elements according to the marketing & content calendar.
  • Briefing and supporting the development of creative assets needed to effectively communicate the Brand message to consumers both on-site and through marketing channels.
  • Executing and controlling the replication of all content changes from staging to production.
  • Setting up and maintaining customer groups, promotions and campaigns as well as content slots.
  • Analyzing sales performance with Google Analytics and other tools to evaluate merchandising efforts, product sell-through, and product opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants, and partners.
  • Driving further conversion through identification, briefing and testing of improvements to the customer experience and content processes.

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail eCommerce content management, merchandising or marketing in Fashion or Sports Business. 
  • Very Good command of English (Reporting to a foreign).
  •  Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.
  • MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Analytics.
