Our client is a global leader in consumer products manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of support to Services Sales for all activities requirements.
- Liaising with Services Sales Manager, Contractors, Suppliers and Customers.
- Processing all types of Service Project Orders for internal and external customers in the company's system, including related Service Project Orders, and Internal Service Orders.
- Updating and maintaining the Service Order Status database relates to the Services business.
- Monitoring and maintaining all costs including Spare Parts status for relevant orders, informing/updating Services Sales ETA, and ETD of parts.
- Running, analysing and action to follow up on ongoing contracts until they have been closed.
- Running housekeeping to review Service Order costs for approval, generation of invoices to the customer, closing of Service Order and updating of Service Order Status database.
- Producing internal and external invoicing contracts as per schedules.
- Raising Purchase Orders in the company's system for the supply of goods and services as required.
- Updating and maintaining Contract status as per Services Sales instructions.
- Providing reports as required by Management.
- Handling logistics for spare parts.
- Undertaking other duties as required.
Qualifications / Screening Criteria
- At least 1 - 3 years experience in Accounting.
- Experience with Accounting.
- Having experience in issuing PR, PO, invoices and managing reports.
- Excellent computer skills, and strong Excel and analytical skill sets.
- Very strong administration background and a good understanding of finance.
- Ability to deal with all personnel, regardless of their position within our customer portfolio ie. vendors, subcontractors, project managers, finances, etc.
- Having experience in logistics.
- Ability to manage change and continually improve existing systems/procedures.
- Understand the impact of your actions on other departments.
- Individuals must be highly motivated, results-driven, and can work in an unsupervised structure as well as being able to work as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basing Bangkok office.
- Prefer to have SAP knowledge flow in purchasing, project and sale order process.
