Job Description
- Being responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including but not limited to verifying & matching invoices to receivers, staff reimbursement, cheque requests, expense reports, and following company policy and procedures.
- Liaising with suppliers and our overseas partners when necessary.
- Performing and controlling the month-end closing process of financial statements to ensure the accuracy and completeness of expenses according to a timely manner.
- Responding to ad hoc or special requests from business partners.
- Preparing tax documents including payments, and reconciliation for tax accounts.
- Cooperating with auditors for the year-end audit.
- Handling any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Reporting to Finance Manager.
- Program: SAP program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting.
- At least 4 years working in the accounting field.
- Good understanding of Excel.
- Fair to good in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and open-minded.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at OCC - One City Centre tower. (BTS Ploenchit).
