Job Description
Our client is a leading home accessory manufacturer.
The successful candidate will report directly to MD (EXPAT) and functional report to Group Finance and will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Financial Leadership
- Leading the Finance and Accounting Department with a focus on setting high standards, driving improvements, and fostering a fair and developmental environment.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Implementing best practices to optimize financial processes and achieve operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills
- Effectively communicating in Thai and English, fostering seamless communication across the organization.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on financial matters.
- Global Company Experience
- Demonstrating substantial experience working in a Western or global company, bringing a diverse perspective, and understanding of international business practices.
- Team Development
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Creating a positive and collaborative work environment within the Finance and Accounting Department.
- SAP Experience (Advantage)
- While not a mandatory requirement, candidates with experience in SAP will be at a significant advantage.
- Manufacturing Industry Experience (Advantage)
- Previous experience in the Finance Function of a manufacturing company will be considered an asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading Finance and Accounting teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
