Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions for loan projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to complex software development challenges.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the team's technical capabilities and ensure operational feasibility.
• Offer consultancy in various programming languages and frameworks to optimize system performance.
• Recommend sophisticated design approaches and tools for system development in loan projects.
• Drive the continuous improvement of software quality by identifying issues and implementing code/design changes.
• Oversee testing processes to uphold the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to facilitate project understanding and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing guidance on their integration into projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve development issues and enhance team efficiency.
• Provide technical training and consultancy to team members on various aspects of software development relevant to loan projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in loan projects or similar domains.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development in the financial sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on knowledge-sharing and team collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) is a plus.
• Prior experience in providing technical consultancy and training is highly desirable.
