- Efficiently managing and leading the team for smooth operations and productivity.
- Providing consultation, guidance, and assistance to department staff, including resolving any issues to ensure successful project completion.
- Handling price allocation for Hardware, Software, and Consumer products.
- Liaising with vendors and distributors, both locally and internationally.
- Negotiating for the maximum benefit and profit of the company.
- Comparing prices from competitors before making procurement decisions and seeking company approval for PR/PO.
- Planning product offerings to meet objectives.
- Sourcing new products for distribution.
- Collaborating with the marketing and related teams for both internal and external promotions.
- Forecasting future sales to prevent product shortages.
- Coordinating internally and externally with relevant departments.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or sourcing experience (Experience in IT Hardware/Software equipment will be considered a plus).
- Responsible, proactive, decisive, and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new things, and work well in a team.
- Proficiency in English communication.
