Key Responsibilities
- Handling the end-to-end development of e-learning courses working with external trainers and internal colleagues.
- Planning online training courses to be developed throughout the year.
- Identifying and sourcing trainers to create e-learning content/courses.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to edit and produce e-learning courses.
- Working with the marketing team to publish and promote the e-learning courses.
Qualifications
- Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning courses.
- Demonstrable ability to work with little supervision and complete tasks quickly and with quality.
- Service-minded and enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
- Organized and attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Good communication in spoken and written English.
