Key Responsibilities

• Handling the end-to-end development of e-learning courses working with external trainers and internal colleagues.
• Planning online training courses to be developed throughout the year.
• Identifying and sourcing trainers to create e-learning content/courses.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to edit and produce e-learning courses.
• Working with the marketing team to publish and promote the e-learning courses.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in designing and developing e-learning courses.
• Demonstrable ability to work with little supervision and complete tasks quickly and with quality.
• Service-minded and enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
• Organized and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
• Good communication in spoken and written English.
