Job Description
Our client is an agency for airline reservations and a one-stop service.
Responsibilities
- Handling agent queries (email) regarding the group fare quote/ticket restricted/reservation.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing service and information to agents/airlines.
- Confirming before processing reservation/ticketing/cancellation/exchange/refund.
- Processing tickets regarding the group ticket issuance/cancellation (void).
- Handling GDS Queue Management (the airline + GDS confirmation messages).
- Handling the group ticket issued with no invoice.
- Working cooperatively with internal & external related personnel, handling special request cases, etc.
- Performing other duties assigned by Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 25 – 35 years old.
- Being able to communicate in English would be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
- University Graduate and a Standard of IATA certificate.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in travel business preferably in servicing multinational companies or corporate clients.
