Job Description
- Liaising with customers in order to take job specs and qualifications.
- Managing and planning recruitment to meet clients recruitment timeline requirements.
- Searching for qualified candidates as per the requirements of customers.
- Handling recruitment assignments; screening applications, interviewing candidates and selecting candidates as per the requirements of customers.
- Being a Consultant and advising, negotiating and providing information to both candidates and clients.
- Handling various administration tasks as assigned.
- Achieving recruitment KPIs and targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year's experience in recruitment, sales or a related field (preferred).
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Can-do attitude (a must).
- Self-management skills and proactive.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle jobs to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 400 or above).
