General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating face-to-face with suppliers regarding circuit quality issues and requesting improvement plans.
- Cooperating with HQ O&M to complete troubleshooting on the live network.
- Investigating major faults in the field.
- Conducting circuit inspections with suppliers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Having operator work experience as a network engineer is preferred.
- Possessing at least 3 years of work experience.
- Understanding datacom or transmission protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, or ISIS. CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
- Being familiar with Huawei network equipment such as OSN9800, OSN1800, OSN8800, NE40E, CE12800, etc.
- Having work experience with a telecom carrier in Thailand is preferred.
