Job Responsibilities:

• Analysing customer requirements and providing consultation on suitable IT solutions such as Network Solutions, System Infrastructure, Firewalls, and other related technologies.
• Preparing technical proposal documents, summarising solutions according to customer requirements, and creating supporting documents such as BOQ (Bill of Quantity), POC (Proof of Concept), or TOR (Terms of Reference).
• Supporting the sales team by joining client meetings, delivering solution presentations, and addressing technical inquiries.
• Collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Age not over 40 years old.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Design related to IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as networking, systems diagrams, and firewalls.
• Holding certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Comptia Network+, or other relevant network-related certifications is a plus.
