Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of IT functions within the market.
  • Serving as the deputy and backup for the Business Relationship Manager (BRM).
  • Managing IT capabilities across the market while driving IT planning and organizational transformation.
  • Leading IT Planning, Governance, Portfolio and Performance Management, Capability Building, Workforce Planning, Vendor Management, and IT Operating Model Maturity.
  • Ensuring high operational quality by implementing best practices in processes, compliance, and crisis management.
  • Aligning IT strategy and governance to ensure the organization is both effective and efficient in execution.
  • Overseeing shared IT capabilities within the market, including IT Project Management and IT Architecture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT and business/industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years in IT leadership with end-to-end IT experience.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams or projects and engage senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of agile and iterative product development methodologies, including design thinking and lean start-up principles.
  • Expertise in customer journey creation, competitive analysis, and focus group management.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with virtual teams is preferred.
