Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Analyzing and understanding current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Managing the full software development life cycle.
• Writing unit tests and performing end-to-end (E2E) automation testing.
• Performing DevOps functions such as CI/CD scripting and test automation.
• Developing technical documents and ensuring all technical documents are up-to-date.
• Maintaining and enhancing digital platforms.
• Troubleshooting coding problems, coordinating with various parties to resolve technical issues, and creating root cause analysis and prevention recommendations.
• For senior positions, using technical knowledge and experience to advise and lead junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Java developer.
• Good command of English (working with teams in Vietnam).
• Skills: Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript stacks.
• Experience with the Java Spring Boot framework.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
