Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing the product roadmap to align with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of the product, its features, and how it solves customer problems.
  • Conducting user research and analyzing data to identify product gaps and new opportunities.
  • Gathering and interpreting customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Translating product ideas into clear user stories, prototypes, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborating with design, engineering, and other teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Overseeing product lifecycle stages and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Defining release plans and managing sprint execution while addressing any production issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of technology development and product management principles.
  • Experience conducting market research and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a startup environment or a startup-like project in a larger company.
  • Knowledge of business strategy and product design.
  • Experience building and leading teams.
