Responsibilities:

  • Taking charge of recruitment, discussing job descriptions with line managers, and managing agencies to find suitable candidates while sourcing candidates directly.
  • Solving problems in recruitment and optimizing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Managing agencies: Analyzing the service quality of agencies, regularly organizing meetings between agencies and the HR team, and pushing agencies to continuously improve their recruitment and onboarding management.
  • Handling reports and analysis related to HR.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Supporting HR department activities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background: At least a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • The ability to communicate in English is a must; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in HR recruitment.
  • Computer literacy with a good skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic and energetic with the ability to work well under pressure.
