You will play a key role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will involve holding targets for the planning department, managing client relationships, leading strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional work.

Job Descriptions:

Team Leadership:

  • Mentoring and developing a team of seven staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback within the planning scope of work.
  • Liaising with the Sales Manager on target achievement.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
  • Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve their full potential.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Developing and implementing effective client communication strategies to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
  • Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Strategic Planning:

  • Leading the development and execution of strategic media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences and media opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative, production, and media buying efforts.

Business Development:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, actively seeking out potential clients and pitching innovative solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

Financial Management:

  • Monitoring team budgets and ensuring they are managed efficiently.
  • Analyzing financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media planning, strategy, and sales.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
