About the Role:
As CFO, you will shape and execute the financial strategy for the business unit (BU), ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial risk management, implementing policies, and optimizing accounting and finance processes across global markets. Your expertise will empower business leaders, drive growth, and enhance operational efficiency with a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Leading the development and execution of financial plans that support BU growth and align with the overall profitability targets of the Group.
  • Policy & Process Optimization: Continuously improving financial frameworks, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnership: Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and strategic support to drive growth and manage performance.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, producing accurate financial reports while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing finance teams, cultivating a culture of engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in manufacturing or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong background in managing end-to-end finance operations, strategic planning, and budgeting.
  • Experienced in managing shared service teams from overseas.
  • Extensive experience in navigating complex global finance functions, particularly in high-volatility environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, system implementation, and advanced analytics for executive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership abilities to drive team performance, engagement, and sustainable growth.
