Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for roles such as BA, PC, Technicians, Sales, and Staff through platforms like JobThai, JobBKK, Facebook, etc.
- Scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates that meet client requirements.
- Updating candidate profiles in the company system and submitting them to clients for review.
- Following up on interview results and supporting candidates until their start date.
- Preparing recruitment reports and meeting KPI targets, such as CV submissions and successful hires each month.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency or Headhunting (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (email correspondence proficiency is a must).
