Main Responsibilities:
- Managing clients in the Southern region.
- Targeting new customer groups in the assigned area and achieving sales targets set by the company.
- Understanding and clearly explaining solutions when product issues arise, providing tailored solutions for each customer and participating in product service activities and promotional campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and generate business results.
- Planning and executing sales activities to achieve the set targets and support the company’s business strategy.
- Meeting with customers to understand their weaknesses and addressing their problems in a way that suits each customer, while maintaining a strong customer base.
- Actively exploring new sales opportunities and customer groups to expand the customer base.
- Collecting proactive marketing data to monitor competitors and market developments, identifying business opportunities, and proposing marketing/sales strategies.
- Addressing customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution and seize opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and generate new sales.
- Monitoring customer performance throughout the year and providing necessary support to increase the company's sales.
- Installing SKF digital platforms to connect with customer systems, elevating the customer experience through improved efficiency and effectiveness, and/or creating new business models with key clients, ensuring SKF and customer operations are well-configured and more efficient.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Applicants from Songkhla province or nearby areas in the Southern region will be given special consideration.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in industrial product sales.
- Strong sales experience and skills.
- Knowledge of engineering techniques, product applications, and production processes in relevant fields/platforms will be a plus.
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal relationships, and problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in English (able to write emails and communicate).
- Possession of a driver’s license and ability to travel to other provinces.
