Job Description
PRTR is looking for a Product Manager to work with an expanding major travel and hospitality company that is currently growing its technology team in Thailand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing multiple and concurrent cross-functional projects from conception through to completion.
- Working closely with the Development team and is tasked with facilitating, organizing, tracking and testing projects as required by user's needs and manager's directive.
- Communicating effectively and clearly.
- Providing timely and accurate reports to managers.
- Being alert to any information indicating a change in project needs.
- Managing all CRM programs: Freshdesk, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Wufoo, and Zendesk.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Experience working with CMS, CRM programs and OBT solutions.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people.
- Ability to identify innovative ways to implement projects within established timeframes.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Written & Spoken English.
