Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Ensuring smooth execution of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Providing strategic advice and operational support on HR matters to senior leadership.
- Supervising and mentoring the HR team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, with over 10 years of experience in HRM.
- Age below 35 years (open to all genders).
- Basic English language skills.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-18:00
